Get Well Card with some EncourageInk Words




I made this for a friend of mine who is seriously ill. She may be suffering from kidney failure due to the dye that was injected during a CT scan. We have learned that this dye, used also in other tests, such as, angiograms, heart caths, MRI's, & others (just about any test where they want to see something in your body better), can destroy your kidneys, especially if you are not fully hydrated. Unless you are going to be put to sleep you need to drink water even if they tell you not to, the only reason they don't want you to drink water (or anything) is because you may get nauseated and possibly throw up but that is nothing if it saves your kidneys. Some people have a serious allergic reaction to this dye, also. We need to consider very seriously before we let these doctors put us through all these tests. Do we really need them?
If you know Jeses Christ as your personal Savior, please pray for her complete recovery. This is really scary.

The card was made using the 'Thoughts & Prayers' & 'Fifth Avenue Floral' stamp sets from Stampin' Up! The card stock used is Very Vanilla, Melon Mambo and Old Olive, all SU!. The roses were water colored with the new In-colors, Melon Mambo & Crushed Curry, from Stampin' Up! The center rose is popped-up using glue dots. The decorative edge was made with the Eyelet Border punch also SU!
